Countries in Australasia and Asia were some of the first to screen Doctor Who: New Zealand, Australia and Singapore all began screening the series within a few months of each other from 1964.

Hartnell only screened in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong (transmissions were also available in Macau) and Thailand, while Troughton was only seen in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The others countries in the list below mostly saw only Pertwee and/or Tom Baker on a local station, or via satellite.
