DALEK MOVIES
PETER CUSHING
The second of the two Peter Cushing Dalek movies may have been shown in cinemas in Luxembourg in the late 1960s, under the usual French title "Les Daleks Envahissent la Terre".
The poster here was printed in Belgium, and since it displays both the French and Dutch titles, it may have been designed specifically for use by cinemas in the Benelux countries: Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
But if it didn't get a theatrical showing, the film made its debut on TV on 18 May 1990; the movie was shown at 11.10pm on the local TV station RTL.
TV Series
Viewers could watch Doctor Who by tuning into cable or terrestrial transmissions from neighbouring countries Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.
From 24 March 1987, the series was available on the UK satellite station Super Channel, and in the mid-1990s on BBC Prime.

The film was repeated by RTL9 on 27 May 2000 at 2.40pm.
