Formerly a colony of Portugal (until 1999), MACAU is now a special administrative region of China. Portuguese and Cantonese are the official languages, while a quarter of the population speak English as a secondary language.
It's likely that one or both of the Peter Cushing Dalek movies was shown there, as films with Chinese subtitles were often sourced from Hong Kong, where each had played in 1969 and 1974.
A local television service didn't commence until 1984, but prior to then, TV signals could be received from China, as well as nearby Hong Kong. Chinese TV used the NTSC colour format, while Hong Kong was PAL.
