- 20 January 1985: The series begins, Sunday nights from 8-10pm. The inaugural broadcast is counterprogramming to Super Bowl XIX.
- 5 April 1987: Now known as WXIN, the station becomes a Fox affiliate. As Fox originally broadcasted only on the weekends, Doctor Who was probably moved to another day or cancelled.
- 14 May 1996: The TV movie airs.
