ASCENSION ISLAND is a tiny island of XXXX km2, located in the south Atlantic Ocean to the west of XXXX. It is a British military base since XXXX.

Ascension Island does not have a television service. Instead, the military base would have had its own cinema and radio; when Doctor Who screened there it was mot likely in an unofficial capacity.
