- 20 February 1988: Back to Tom Baker, interrupted by three Sylvester McCoy episodes.
- 14 January 1989: Peter Davison returns.
- 6 May 1989: Colin Baker returns, followed by more Sylvester McCoy stories.
- 19 August 1989: The series is preempted for The Hound of the Baskervilles starring Tom Baker.
- 30 September 1989: The Jon Pertwee stories begin again.
- 17 March 1990: Tom Baker again.
- 15 August 1992: The Tomb of the Cybermen airs.
